Return & Refund

You have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return and send back the items.

If your item doesn’t meet expectations, you can return it as long as it meets our return guidelines.

Important notes

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying your return shipment.

  • Customs Fee: All orders from Athletic Bee are shipped from the Netherlands. Therefore, you may be subject to additional import fees when returning your order. These import fees (Customs Duty) are charged by the local customs authority and are by no means the responsibility of Athletic Bee. How much you pay depends on your location, the value of the goods and the type of goods. See more below.

 

  • Items must meet our return guidelines to be accepted.

  • Keep proof of postage and tracking until your refund is confirmed.

How to make a return

  1. Visit our return portal using your order number and email.

  2. Follow the steps and select your preferred carrier.

  3. If no label is available for your country, please ship via your local post office.

  4. Once your parcel shows as delivered, please wait — returns are processed within 14 business days, and we will email you when completed.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to clear funds

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@athleticbees.com with:

  • Order number

  • Proof of postage

  • Tracking number


Return Guidelines (UK and EU)

We only accept returns when:

  • Clothing tags are attached (or included in the package if detached)

  • Items are unworn, unwashed and in original bags

  • No marks, stains, deodorant, makeup/tan, pet hair or odours

  • No missing parts (pads, drawstrings, buttons)

  • No pilling/snags

  • No abnormal wrinkling

If items do not meet these requirements, your return will be rejected and you’ll be notified.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not possible.


Return Policy for 1+1 Free Promotions

If you return:

  • Only one item → no refund is issued

  • Both items → you receive a refund for the paid item

  • Exchanges for size only are possible

Contact customer service if you need help choosing the right size.


Return Policy for free items

If you received a free product during a promotion and you want to return your order, do not forget to return the entire order, including the product received for free. If the free product has not been returned, these costs will still be charged.

Free items at a certain amount

If you return a part of your order and the total drops below the amount for getting the free gift, the free item will no longer qualify as a free gift. In that case, you can either return the free gift as well, or the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

When you receive a free gift with your order, it is not possible to exchange it for something else.
